Since 2015, New-Angles.US has worked with executives, Executive Committees and senior leadership teams to help them navigate the transformation of their organizations and business models. Through the Impact Academy, leaders acquire the capabilities needed to redefine business success, demonstrating that impact and profitability can progress together.

In 2024, New-Angles.US was selected to design the Sustainable Leaders training programme sponsored by the European Commission’s Directorate for Employment and Social Affairs, and successfully piloted it across four countries. The Impact Leadership model and sustainability training developed for this initiative now form the foundation of today’s Impact Academy.
